Praestantia Global Women Network Ltd/GTE (PGWN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to the advancement, empowerment, and leadership development of women and young people across Nigeria and beyond. Established to bridge the gender gap in leadership, innovation, education, and economic participation, PGWN envisions a world where women and girls are catalysts of transformation in their communities and sectors.

Our work spans strategic programs, summits, policy advocacy, capacity development, and economic empowerment, with a special focus on underserved communities and emerging leaders.

  • Financial Literacy & Inclusion Workshops: In partnership with financial institutions to empower women with tools for economic growth.
